Tot i aix\u00ed, sabem que no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil entendre com actuar quan es volen proposar millores dins d&#8217;una comunitat de propietaris.<\/p><p>Els reglaments i les normatives vigents s\u00f3n els que marquen el cam\u00ed: determinen com s&#8217;han de plantejar els canvis, quins drets assisteixen a les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda i quines s\u00f3n les obligacions de la resta de propietaris. Aix\u00f2 est\u00e0 regulat per la <em>Llei de Propietat Horitzontal<\/em> <em>(LPH)<\/em>, que estableix la obligaci\u00f3 de les comunitats de ve\u00efns a adaptar-se a les necessitats de persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda. Segons la <em>Llei de Propietat Horitzontal<\/em>, la comunitat de propietaris est\u00e0 obligada a dur a terme les reformes necess\u00e0ries per a garantir que les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda puguin accedir als habitatges. Si la comunitat de propietaris decideix realitzar una obra d&#8217;accessibilitat, el cost ha de repartir-se entre tots els ve\u00efns, i si l&#8217;import \u00e9s superior als 2.000 euros per habitatge, existeix la possibilitat d&#8217;exigir l&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3 per majoria qualificada (t\u00edpicament 3\/5 dels vots).
