En aquest article repassem les principals inc\u00f2gnites sobre l&#8217;accessibilitat en els edificis, com millorar-la i si hi ha algun tipus d&#8217;ajuda per part del Govern per realitzar aquestes millores.<\/p><h3>Accessibilitat universal<\/h3><p>L&#8217; accessibilitat universal es refereix a l&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 d&#8217;entorns, serveis i productes per ser utilitzables i funcionals pel major nombre de persones possible, en condicions de confort, seguretat i igualtat. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha un altre tipus de modificacions com les sensorials, cognitives o digitals. No s\u00f3n modificacions que incloguin \u00fanicament persones amb alguna discapacitat. Qualsevol persona, en algun moment determinat, pot veure&#8217;s perjudicada per les caracter\u00edstiques de l&#8217;entorn i\/o objectes.<\/p><h3>Com sabem que un edifici \u00e9s accessible?<\/h3><p>En general, un edifici ser\u00e0 accessible si es pot accedir des de nivell del carrer fins a cadascuna de les portes d&#8217;entrada als habitatges, de forma igualit\u00e0ria i aut\u00f2noma. \u00c9s a dir, que cada usuari haur\u00e0 d&#8217;accedir a casa seva des de l&#8217;exterior de l&#8217;edifici, incloses les zones comunes, cap a l&#8217;habitatge, tenint en compte l&#8217;accessibilitat entre les plantes de l&#8217;edifici.<\/p><p>Per tant, totes les entrades han d&#8217;estar lliures de barreres arquitect\u00f2niques, les portes i els passadissos han de ser suficientment amples, els ascensors han d&#8217;estar adequats per a persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s, amb espai suficient i amb controls adaptats. I, finalment, amb una senyalitzaci\u00f3 visual i t\u00e0ctil per a les persones amb discapacitat visual o auditives.<\/p><h3>Com millorar l&#8217;accessibilitat d&#8217;un edifici?<\/h3><p>Per millorar l&#8217;accessibilitat d&#8217;un edifici d&#8217;habitatges hi ha moltes millores que es poden realitzar. Actualment a Espanya hi ha molt pocs edificis que comptin amb una accessibilitat universal tot i que les persones amb algun tipus de discapacitat assoleixen els 4,38 milions de persones, segons l <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ine.es\/dyngs\/INEbase\/es\/operacion.htm?c=Estadistica_C&amp;cid=1254736176782&amp;idp=1254735573175#:~:text=Un%20total%20de%204%2C38,tener%20alg%C3%BAn%20tipo%20de%20discapacidad.\">&#8216;INE<\/a><\/u>.<\/p><p>Per tant, quines millores es poden realitzar a un edifici per millorar la seva accessibilitat? Hi ha millores que s\u00f3n molt espec\u00edfiques, com veur\u00e0 a continuaci\u00f3. No obstant aix\u00f2, n&#8217;hi ha moltes que s&#8217;han d&#8217;implementar en gaireb\u00e9 qualsevol lloc, at\u00e8s el seu car\u00e0cter m\u00e9s generalista. Per exemple, per promoure l&#8217;accessibilitat cognitiva i visual, s&#8217;han de posar panells en braille per avisar d&#8217;algun element f\u00edsic, r\u00e8tols orientatius, s\u00f2ls amb bandes que senyalitzen&#8230; i so a les portes autom\u00e0tiques.<\/p><p>Qualsevol persona amb algun tipus de discapacitat visual, cognitiva o f\u00edsica pot sol\u00b7licitar aquest tipus de millores, aix\u00ed com les persones majors de 70 anys, tenen dret a promoure i dur a terme les actuacions necess\u00e0ries per poder accedir als edificis dels quals s\u00f3n usuaris habituals. La Llei 15\/1995 de l\u00edmits al domini sobre immobles per eliminar barreres arquitect\u00f2niques a les persones amb discapacitat regula aquest dret.<\/p><h3>Accessibilitat des de l&#8217;exterior<\/h3><ul><li>Rampes amb pendent controlat en funci\u00f3 de la seva longitud i amb passamans han de tenir m\u00e9s d&#8217; 1,20 metres d&#8217; amplada.<\/li><li>Portes d&#8217; acc\u00e9s des de l&#8217;exterior han de tenir m\u00ednim 0,80 metres d&#8217;ample.<\/li><li>El porter autom\u00e0tic ha de ser accessible en cadira de rodes i, en cas d&#8217; haver-hi problemes auditius i vocals, un videoporter.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Accessibilitat a les plantes de l&#8217;edifici<\/h3><ul><li>Rampes amb pendent controlat i amb passamans de m\u00e9s d&#8217; 1,20 metres d&#8217; amplada.<\/li><li>Espai de gir suficient lliure d&#8217;obstacles (1,50 metres de di\u00e0metre).<\/li><li>Passadissos interiors han de tenir m\u00ednim 1,10 metres d&#8217; ample.<\/li><li>Portes interiors en portal o zones comunes han de tenir una ample de m\u00ednim 0,80 metres.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Accessibilitat entre les plantes de l&#8217;edifici<\/h3><ul><li>Ascensor amb dimensions m\u00ednimes de cabina d&#8217; 1,00 x 1,25 m. I ha d&#8217;estar al mateix nivell que l&#8217;entrada o ha de ser accessible amb una rampa.<\/li><li>Rampes amb pendent controlat en funci\u00f3 de la seva longitud i amb passamans han de tenir m\u00e9s d&#8217; 1,20 metres d&#8217;amplada.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Aquests s\u00f3n els ajuts per a reformes d&#8217;accessibilitat<\/h3><p>A Espanya actualment existeix el programa <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitma.gob.es\/el-ministerio\/campanas-de-publicidad-acciones-de-comunicacion-y-otros-eventos_new\/acciones-de-comunicacion-2022\/peav-2022-2025\">Pla Estatal d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;habitatge 2022-2025<\/a><\/u>, el qual pret\u00e9n donar ajudes de fins a 17.000 euros per habitatge en casos severs de discapacitat. A Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua Propietarios realitzem convocat\u00f2ries peri\u00f2diques i repartim ajudes, en aquest cas, a trav\u00e9s del programa <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/programa-de-ayudas-sin-barreras\/\">Sense Barreres<\/a><\/u>.<\/p><p>Volem contribuir t\u00e8cnicament i econ\u00f2micament per aconseguir que qualsevol persona pugui moure&#8217;s lliurement des del carrer a la porta de casa seva, creant aix\u00ed una societat m\u00e9s justa i igualit\u00e0ria.
