Tanmateix, a Espanya continua sent una assignatura pendent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accessibilitat significa poder entrar al portal sense graons, obrir una porta que no pesi massa, utilitzar un ascensor sense dificultats o simplement arribar a la b\u00fastia a una al\u00e7ada adequada. S\u00f3n gestos quotidians que per a moltes persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda resulten impossibles. I no parlem nom\u00e9s d&#8217;una limitaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica, tamb\u00e9 emocional. Quan alg\u00fa no pot sortir de casa seva, perd autonomia, vida social i autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El parc residencial espanyol reflecteix les mancances de d\u00e8cades: m\u00e9s de la meitat dels edificis s\u00f3n anteriors a 1980 i es van construir sense tenir en compte criteris d&#8217;accessibilitat. Fins i tot entre els constru\u00efts despr\u00e9s de 2011, amb prou feines un 2% s\u00f3n plenament accessibles. Escales, rampes mal dissenyades, ascensors petits i portes estretes o pesades continuen sent les barreres arquitect\u00f2niques m\u00e9s comunes. El 2019, segons un estudi de la Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios, un 74% de les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda depenia d&#8217;alg\u00fa per sortir al carrer i un 20% es va veure obligat a canviar de domicili.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els estudis m\u00e9s recents de la Fundaci\u00f3 confirmen que la situaci\u00f3 amb prou feines ha millorat. A La Veu de l&#8217;Accessibilitat (2024) es constata que nom\u00e9s un 0,6% dels edificis compleixen amb els criteris d&#8217;accessibilitat universal, la qual cosa obliga a m\u00e9s d&#8217;un mili\u00f3 de persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda a dependre de tercers per sortir de casa i condemna unes 100.000 a no poder fer-ho mai. A m\u00e9s, el 55% de la poblaci\u00f3 reconeix no estar sensibilitzada amb aquesta realitat i un 81% percep que els mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3 i les xarxes socials amb prou feines es fan ress\u00f2 del problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;estudi <em>Sumant Veus<\/em> (2025) aporta la perspectiva directa de les persones afectades: set de cada deu es troben di\u00e0riament amb barreres, un 79% ha hagut de renunciar a plans socials, i els \u00e0mbits m\u00e9s afectats s\u00f3n la vida social (60%) i l&#8217;oci (58%). Les emocions predominants davant entorns no accessibles s\u00f3n la frustraci\u00f3 (32%) i la impot\u00e8ncia (27%). El suport recau principalment en la fam\u00edlia (69%) i un 9% no t\u00e9 cap xarxa de suport, la qual cosa refor\u00e7a la necessitat de m\u00e9s habitatges accessibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgrat tot, l&#8217;accessibilitat s&#8217;ha d&#8217;entendre com una inversi\u00f3, no com una despesa. Fer accessible un edifici millora la conviv\u00e8ncia i redueix costos a llarg termini. En l&#8217;estudi dut a terme per la Fundaci\u00f3 el 2023, s&#8217;estimava que convertir un edifici d&#8217;habitatges en accessible t\u00e9 un cost mitj\u00e0 de 1.361 euros per llar, tot i que set de cada deu espanyols reconeixen que un edifici accessible revalora considerablement l&#8217;immoble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segons les dades obtingudes, la manca d&#8217;accessibilitat limita la qualitat de vida i l&#8217;autonomia de milers de ciutadans, i revertir-la exigeix no nom\u00e9s obres que eliminin barreres f\u00edsiques, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 un canvi cultural que incrementi la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 i la consci\u00e8ncia social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conscients d&#8217;aquesta realitat, la Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios ofereix ajuts econ\u00f3mics per a obres d&#8217;accessibilitat. El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/ca\/programa-dajuts-sense-barreres\/\">Programa d\u2019Ajuts Sense Barreres<\/a> combina subvencions directes i finan\u00e7ament al 0% per a comunitats de propietaris de tot el territori espanyol. Aquests ajuts han perm\u00e8s que centenars de persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda recuperin la seva independ\u00e8ncia i millorin considerablement la seva qualitat de vida. A m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest suport, la Fundaci\u00f3 aposta per millorar l&#8217;accessibilitat a trav\u00e9s de la innovaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica amb <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/ca\/app-zero-barreres\/\">l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 Zero Barreras<\/a>, una eina gratu\u00efta per a m\u00f2bils que avalua l&#8217;accessibilitat d&#8217;un edifici i genera un \u00edndex d&#8217;accessibilitat \u00fatil per utilitzar en informes, projectes o taxacions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El futur ens planteja grans reptes, un d&#8217;ells \u00e9s que Espanya ser\u00e0 en poques d\u00e8cades un dels pa\u00efsos m\u00e9s envellits d&#8217;Europa i un ter\u00e7 de la poblaci\u00f3 superar\u00e0 els 65 anys. En aquest context, l&#8217;accessibilitat deixa de ser un luxe per convertir-se en una necessitat.
