El marc legal espanyol \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/p><ul><li>Criteris d&#8217;accessibilitat marcats per la llei en el <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2007-9607\">RD 505\/2007<\/a><\/span><\/li><li>Exig\u00e8ncies de disseny segur i funcional en el <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.codigotecnico.org\/QueEsCTE\/Presentacion.html\">CTE<\/a><\/span><\/li><li>Obligaci\u00f3 d&#8217;eliminar barreres que afectin majors i persones amb discapacitat exigides per la Llei <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2003-22066\">51\/2003<\/a> <\/span>i Llei<span style=\"color: #800000;\"> <a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/act.php?id=BOE-A-2013-6938\">8\/2013<\/a><\/span>.<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Eliminar graons i garantir un itinerari accessible<\/strong><\/h3><p>\u00c9s un dels elements clau perqu\u00e8 afecta directament l&#8217;autonomia de les persones. Quan no es pot suprimir el desnivell, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/como-son-las-viviendas-accesibles-para-silla-de-ruedas\/\">rampa<\/a> ha de complir:<\/p><ul><li>Pendent moderat i constant segons marca el RD 505\/2007.<\/li><li>Ample m\u00ednim que permeti el pas en cadira de rodes.<\/li><li>Descansos intermedis si la rampa \u00e9s llarga.<\/li><li>S\u00f2l antilliscant.<\/li><li>Reixetes amb obertures molt petites per evitar que s&#8217;embussin rodes o bastons.<\/li><\/ul><p>Per a moltes persones grans, una rampa ben dissenyada marca la difer\u00e8ncia entre poder sortir de casa cada dia o no fer-ho.<\/p><h3><strong>Zones de pas accessibles<\/strong><\/h3><p>Les portes del portal s&#8217;han d&#8217;obrir amb suavitat i ser prou amples per permetre el pas sense risc. Les comunitats de ve\u00efns tamb\u00e9 es poden recolzar en:<\/p><ul><li>Subvencions p\u00fabliques espec\u00edfiques per a accessibilitat.<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/convocatorias-anteriores\/\">Ajuts vinculats a<\/a> l <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/boe\/dias\/2013\/06\/27\/pdfs\/BOE-A-2013-6938.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #800000;\">&#8216;Informe d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Edificis<\/span><\/a> (IEE), obligatori en edificis de m\u00e9s de 50 anys.<\/li><li>El <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/programa-de-ayudas-sin-barreras\/\">programa &#8220;Sense Barreres&#8221;<\/a><\/span> de Fundaci\u00f3 M\u00fatua de Propietaris, que ofereix suport econ\u00f2mic i acompanyament t\u00e8cnic.<\/li><\/ul><p>Millorar l&#8217;accessibilitat del portal \u00e9s una inversi\u00f3 que transforma la vida di\u00e0ria de la comunitat i revaloritza l&#8217;immoble. Actualment, el <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><a style=\"color: #800000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/el-77-de-los-mayores-de-65-anos-con-movilidad-reducida-tropieza-a-diario-con-barreras-arquitectonicas\/\">75% de les persones grans depenen d&#8217;un familiar<\/a><\/span> per a tasques quotidianes, per la qual cosa construir portals accessibles evita riscos i millora la qualitat de vida de les persones.<\/p><p>No ho dubtis, fer el teu edifici m\u00e9s accessible canvia la vida dels teus ve\u00efns.
