Amb la voluntat de millorar aquesta dada, la Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios i Arquia Banca han arribat a un acord per dissenyar unes condicions avantatjoses per les comunitats de propietaris que vulguin millorar la seva accessibilitat.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, <strong>Arquia Banca <\/strong>posa a disposici\u00f3 de les comunitats de propietaris un fons d\u2019<strong>1M\u20ac<\/strong> per la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquestes obres d\u2019accessibilitat per tal que la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propeitarios subvencioni el 100% dels interessos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>1. Com funciona i qu\u00e8 s\u2019ofereix?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Arquia Banca<\/strong> concedeix un <strong>pr\u00e9stec fins a 100.000\u20ac<\/strong> por comunitat de propietaris per la realitzaci\u00f3 de les obres d\u2019accessibilitat, y per tant, <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios<\/strong>, <strong>concedeix una ajuda per el 100% del tipo de inter\u00e8s <\/strong>que es tornar\u00e0 directament a la comunitat.<\/p>\n<p>Las condicions del pr\u00e9stec son:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Un muntant <strong>m\u00e0xim<\/strong> de finan\u00e7ament por comunitat de <strong>100.000 \u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>titular del pr\u00e9stec ser\u00e0 la Comunitat de propietaris<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>El termini <strong>m\u00e0xim<\/strong> de la devoluci\u00f3 del pr\u00e9stec ser\u00e0 de <strong>5 anys<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>El tipus d\u2019inter\u00e8s del pr\u00e9stec ser\u00e0 <strong>un tipus fixe del 3,5 %<\/strong>, amortitzat mitjan\u00e7ant sistema franc\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>El pr\u00e9stec podr\u00e0 cobrir <strong>un m\u00e0xim del 80%<\/strong> del cost total de la obra.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9stecs mancomunats<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>En el cas que un propietari no vulgui acollir-se al pr\u00e9stec mancomunat Arquia Banca s\u2019ha comprom\u00e8s a estudiar cas per cas.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>3. Qui pot optar al pr\u00e9stec i a l\u2019ajuda?<\/h4>\n<p>Les <strong>comunitats de propietaris en les que resideixin com m\u00ednim una persona amb mobilitat redu\u00efda<\/strong>. La Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios ent\u00e9n com a \u201cpersona amb mobilitat redu\u00efda\u201d aquella persona que compleixi aquests dos requisits:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Se li hagi reconegut legalment algun grau de discapacitat.<\/li>\n<li>Sigui m\u00e9s gran de 65 anys.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>4. En quines zones geogr\u00e0fiques s\u2019aplica?<\/h4>\n<p>Les comunitats de propietaris que resideixin al <strong>territori peninsular espanyol<\/strong> o a les <strong>Illes Baleares.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Estem treballant para incorporar les Illes Can\u00e0ries en la major brevetat possible.<\/em><\/p>\n<h4>5. Exclusions<\/h4>\n<p>Queden exclosos els <strong>honoraris professionals derivats del projecte, direcci\u00f3 d\u2019obres, assegurances, etc. <\/strong>Amb la finalitat de garantir que el finan\u00e7ament es destina exclusivament a reduir el cost de las obres i no als costos derivats d\u2019elles, ja que aquests poden variar per comunitat aut\u00f2noma y per professional.<\/p>\n<h4>6. \u00c9s necessari tenir l\u2019asseguran\u00e7a de la comunitat amb Mutua de Propietarios?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>No<\/strong>, qualsevol comunitat que compleixi amb els requisits pot accedir a l\u2019ajuda i al pr\u00e9stec.<\/p>\n<h4>7. Com aplicar y documentaci\u00f3 a aportar<\/h4>\n<p>La convocat\u00f2ria est\u00e0 oberta y s\u2019admeten sol\u00b7licituds <strong>fins el 17 de juny del 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les sol\u00b7licituds tant del pr\u00e9stec como de l\u2019ajuda es realitzen mitjan\u00e7ant un aplicatiu web (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/ayudas\/\">https:\/\/www.fundacionmdp.org\/ayudas\/<\/a>) amb la finalitat de facilitar la gesti\u00f3, comunicaci\u00f3 i pujada de documents.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada feta una sol\u00b7licitud, s\u2019avaluar\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant <strong>3 fases<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fase de Preselecci\u00f3. <\/strong>A la fase de selecci\u00f3 s\u2019analitzar\u00e0 la idone\u00eftat de la comunitat per la concessi\u00f3 del pr\u00e9stec tant a nivell social como financer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fase de Selecci\u00f3. <\/strong>Una vegada, una comunitat se la consideri id\u00f2nia per la concessi\u00f3 del pr\u00e9stec se li requerir\u00e0 documentaci\u00f3 addicional per garantir el compliment de tots els requisits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aprovaci\u00f3 en Comit\u00e8 d\u2019Avaluaci\u00f3. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Els <strong>documents<\/strong> que las comunitats de propietaris han d\u2019aportar en la <strong>fase de preselecci\u00f3 <\/strong>son els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Declaraci\u00f3 i sol\u00b7licitud<\/strong> de les ajudes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 Administrativa<\/strong> (acord de junta amb la voluntat de realitzar les obres, certificant el registre de la propietat, copia del DNI del president de la comunitat, \u00faltima acta de la junta de la comunitat on consti la vig\u00e8ncia del c\u00e0rrec, certificat facultant al administrador com a secretari \u2013si aplica).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 financera<\/strong> (certificat de morositat, extracte bancari del compte de la comunitat).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pressupost de la obra<\/strong> per un professional t\u00e8cnic o empresa.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentaci\u00f3 T\u00e9cnica<\/strong> (fotografies dels elements a modificar).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>8.
