Un <strong>habitatge accessible<\/strong> \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 aquell habitatge que s&#8217;adapta a les necessitats de les persones que viuen en ella. Quan en un edifici o habitatge resideixen persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda, sigui discapacitat o edat avan\u00e7ada, l&#8217;accessibilitat tant en l&#8217;edifici com a l&#8217;interior del propi habitatge cobren especial import\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s necessari prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a les necessitats i individuals de cada persona quant a l&#8217;accessibilitat en zones comunit\u00e0ries i a l&#8217;interior dels habitatges de cada ve\u00ed integrant d&#8217;una comunitat de propietaris. En Fundaci\u00f3n Mutua de Propietarios, treballem per a millorar la qualitat de vida de les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda facilitant l&#8217;accessibilitat a l&#8217;habitatge i el seu entorn. En aquest article veurem <strong>quines s\u00f3n les claus de l&#8217;habitatge accessible<\/strong>, gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi i les conclusions revelades en el nostre \u00faltim informe <strong>Accessibilitat en l&#8217;Habitatge. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Claus d&#8217;accessibilitat en l&#8217;edifici i a l&#8217;interior dels habitatges<\/h2>\n<p>En el nostre Informe d&#8217;Accessibilitat en l&#8217;Habitatge, analitzem l&#8217;estat actual quant a accessibilitat dels habitatges espanyols per a determinar quines s\u00f3n les millores m\u00e9s necess\u00e0ries o demandades. Vam poder veure, per exemple, que m\u00e9s de 2 de cada 10 persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda van haver de canviar de domicili degut a la falta d&#8217;accessibilitat.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-5734 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/prezuk.com.mialias.net\/fundacionmdp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/casa_accesible.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"458\" height=\"294\">Si ens referim a l&#8217;edifici o les zones comuns&nbsp; d\u2019una comunitat de propietaris, el factor essencial perqu\u00e8 un edifico sigui accessible \u00e9s el tram d&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l&#8217;immoble, \u00e9s a dir, el portal o acc\u00e9s des del carrer. M\u00e9s de 6 de cada 10 habitatges tenen escales o graons en aquest punt, la qual cosa dificulta l&#8217;acc\u00e9s de les persones amb limitaci\u00f3 de mobilitat. A m\u00e9s, menys de cada 3 10 edificis disposen de rampa, i si b\u00e9 la situaci\u00f3 ha millorat en els \u00faltims anys, fins a un 22% encara no disposen d&#8217;ascensor.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, l&#8217;interior de l&#8217;habitatge tamb\u00e9 pot presentar dificultats per a les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed ve que el 28% de les fam\u00edlies que resideixen amb una persona amb discapacitat o amb problemes de mobilitat hagin hagut de realitzar obres per a modificar el seu habitatge.<\/p>\n<p>Els<strong> lavabos o&nbsp; els banys <\/strong>s\u00f3n els principals elements d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;interior dels habitatges en les quals resideixen persones amb problemes de mobilitat. D&#8217;aquells habitatges que han realitzat adaptacions de l&#8217;interior del seu habitatge, el principal element reformat s\u00f3n els lavabos o banys Els dormitoris, o la cuina s&#8217;adapten en menor mesura.<\/p>\n<p>A vegades, fins i tot quan la realitzaci\u00f3 reformes o obres d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 per a mobilitat redu\u00efda suposaria una millora important de la qualitat de vida dels seus residents les obres no es realitzen, per diversos motius.
