Aquesta xifra es concedir\u00e0 a les comunitats de propietaris per disminuir, de forma parcial o total, els costos del tipus d\u2019inter\u00e8s que facilitar\u00e0 l\u2019entitat financera, \u00e9s a dir, les comunitats tindran la possibilitat d\u2019aconseguir aquests pr\u00e9stecs al 0% d\u2019inter\u00e8s.<\/p><p>\u201cA Arquia Banca, pel nostre llegat arquitect\u00f2nic, som conscients que no totes les propietats tenen una accessibilitat completa i creiem que ha arribat el moment de canviar aquesta realitat. Mitjan\u00e7ant aquest finan\u00e7ament aconseguirem augmentar el rati d\u2019habitatges d\u2019accessibilitat universal, una xifra que a l\u2019actualitat est\u00e0 per sota del 1%, ha detallat, Javier Ventura, Director General de Arquia Banca.<\/p><p><b>Programa \u201cSense Barreres\u201d<\/b><\/p><p>El Programa Sense Barreres de la Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios s\u2019ha marcat com a objectiu l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de barreres arquitect\u00f2niques per millorar l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019habitatge i al seu entorn de les persones amb mobilitat redu\u00efda, posant a l\u2019abast de les comunitats de propietaris els recursos financers i t\u00e8cnics necessaris per a la realitzaci\u00f3 de projectes.<\/p><p>Mitjan\u00e7ant aquest programa es convoquen ajudes que cobreixen part del cost de les intervencions que permeten l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de barreres arquitect\u00f2niques o la millora de l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019habitatge tals com la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019ascensor a l\u2019edifici, la supressi\u00f3 de desnivells a l\u2019acc\u00e9s del carrer als vest\u00edbuls dels edificis, la construcci\u00f3 de passadissos i rampes o, excepcionalment, la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019aparells elevadors, entre altres.<\/p><p>A Espanya, nom\u00e9s el 0,6% dels 9,8 milions d\u2019edificis d\u2019habitatges s\u00f3n universalment accessibles, d\u2019acord amb l\u2019estudi realitzat per la Fundaci\u00f3 Mutua de Propietarios, que tamb\u00e9 destaca que un 40% dels espanyols creu que haurien de fer-se millores d\u2019accessibilitat al seu edifici, encara que quan es detecta que hi ha necessitat concreta els motius econ\u00f2mics impedeixen la seva
